2. Order Processing Time All orders are meticulously processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–4 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant, unexpected delay in the fulfillment of your order, our care team will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center. This allows you to monitor your package's journey directly from your phone or computer every step of the way.
