Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@glowanddrift.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the details right away and prioritize a replacement or a full refund to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and aromatic nature of our wellness collection, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" purchases once the product packaging has been opened or the item has been used.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please reach out to us at hello@glowanddrift.com. Our team is here to help and will work with you to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any opened personal care or aromatherapy goods are final sale.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns, except where prohibited by local law.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you maintain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us at hello@glowanddrift.com to initiate this process.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
