Shipping & Delivery

  • How much is shipping? We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on every order. We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, Switzerland and the EU.

  • When will my sanctuary essentials arrive? We take 1-4 business days to carefully process and pack your order. Once shipped, transit takes about 7-15 days. We promise the vibe will be worth the wait!

  • How do I track my order? As soon as your package drifts out of our facility, we will send an automatic email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Product Care & Usage

  • Do your ambient lights and projectors require replacement bulbs? No! Our projectors and ambient lights utilize long-lasting, built-in LED technology. You never have to worry about replacing bulbs—just plug them in, turn them on, and watch your room's atmosphere transform.

  • How do I care for my aroma diffuser? To keep your diffuser running beautifully, we recommend emptying any leftover water after each use and gently wiping the inside with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean to prevent essential oil buildup, run the diffuser with water and a splash of white vinegar once a month.

  • How do I get the best experience from my candles and incense? For our jar candles, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting and let the wax melt completely to the edges of the glass on the first burn to prevent tunneling. This keeps the glass clean and prevents overheating. For our incense burners, place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts to ensure a steady, mesmerizing smoke flow.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? Because of the personal and aromatic nature of our wellness goods, we cannot accept returns on opened candles, essential oils, or incense for hygiene reasons. However, if your items are unopened, or if you reside in the EU (which features a 14-day cooling-off period), reach out to us at hello@glowanddrift.com and we will help you initiate a return.

  • What if my projector, diffuser, or light stops working? While our electronics are built to last, if you experience a technical defect with any of our ambient lights, projectors, or diffusers, please reach out to us right away. Send a quick video of the issue to hello@glowanddrift.com, and we will gladly help troubleshoot or arrange a replacement!

  • My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We do everything we can to ensure your items arrive safely, but transit can be rough. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund immediately to make it right.
